COVID-19 PANDEMIC - PARISH COUNCIL INFORMATION
The Parish Council has produced the following documents in relation to the COVID-19 Pandemic in respect of an emergency procedure and a volunteering scheme. The Council working with the Barnham and Eastergate Community Trust has also set up two help lines for advice and support the details of which can be found on the poster below, which is being distributed to all homes in the Parish over the next few days.
Following the merger of Barnham Parish Council and Eastergate Parish Council the responsibility for approving the accounts for each Parish Council was passed to the new Barnham and Eastergate Parish Council.

The following Governance Documents of Barnham & Eastergate Parish Council were approved at the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council on 14th May 2019.
On 2nd July the Barnham and Eastergate Parish Council approved a Strategic Plan for the Council.

The Strategic Plan sets the key priorities that the Parish Council will focus on over the next 5 years.
The Plan will be reviewed annually and will be used in the budgeting process, to plan activities for the forthcoming year and will enable the Parish Council to monitor its progress against key priorities.
