Barratt David Wilson Homes has recently acquired an interest in the Land South of Barnham Station, which obtained Outline consent for a scheme of up to 200 dwellings with vehicular access from Marshall Close on 5th January 2022. A Reserved Matters application has since been submitted to the Local Planning Authority, currently awaiting validation, which seeks the following:

• 200 no. dwellings
• Access from Marshall Close
• Open space, including biodiversity net gain enhancements
• New local play area
• Landscaping
• Sustainable urban drainage system
• Allotments 
• Community Orchard 

Throughout the application process Barratt David Wilson Homes along with Arun District Council will be seeking views from the local community to inform the final design prior to approval. Exhibition Boards showing details of the plans are currently available to view at Barnham Community Hall (between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.) and will remain there until 14th November.
